You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on 35bd. Age verification is mandatory at registration and at first withdrawal. Accounts belonging to underage players will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
Each player may hold only one active 35bd account. Duplicate accounts are a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
All bonuses on 35bd are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
35bd processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Withdrawals are paid only to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated bots or exploits, bonus abuse, and money laundering are all strictly prohibited. 35bd reserves the right to void bets, close accounts, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 35bd login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Never share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 By creating an account on the 35bd platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 35bd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
2.3 35bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
2.4 If you are accessing the 35bd platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accessing the platform you accept these Terms on their behalf.
3.1 Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 35bd platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 35bd is strictly a 21+ platform.
3.2 Age Verification: 35bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at registration, at first withdrawal, or at any time during the life of an account. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
3.3 Underage Accounts: Where 35bd determines or reasonably suspects that a Player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all wagering activity will be voided, and the deposited balance (less any winnings generated) may be returned at 35bd's discretion. Winnings generated on an underage account will be forfeited in full.
3.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility: It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 35bd platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Players located in prohibited jurisdictions must not register or use the platform. 35bd does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
4.1 One Account Rule: Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 35bd platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, household, device, IP address, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly should it change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
4.3 Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 35bd accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 Account Security: You agree to notify 35bd immediately via live chat or support email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 35bd will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account.
4.5 Non-Transferability: Your 35bd account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account, username, or any account balance to any third party.
4.6 KYC Compliance: 35bd may request KYC documentation at any stage. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
5.1 Supported Methods: 35bd currently supports the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Currency: All transactions on the 35bd platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied by 35bd; any conversion charges applied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
5.3 Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. 35bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 Withdrawal Requirements: Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

5.6 Processing Times: 35bd targets a 15-minute average withdrawal time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. These are target times and are not guaranteed.
5.7 Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your 35bd account.
5.8 Own Funds Only: Players must only deposit funds that belong to them. Using third-party payment instruments — including accounts belonging to family members — is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
6.1 General: 35bd may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which must be read in conjunction with these General Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified per promotion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse: 35bd reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other Players.
6.4 Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
6.5 One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion, only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding does not entitle the Player to a new bonus on that deposit.
6.6 Right to Withdraw: 35bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already opted into the promotion and are actively working through wagering requirements are given reasonable time to complete those requirements.
7.1 Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on the 35bd sportsbook are subject to the specific sports rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between sport-specific rules and these General Terms, the sport-specific rules prevail with respect to bet settlement.
7.2 Casino Games: All casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, and fishing games — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Game results are determined by certified random number generation or live dealing processes.
7.3 Void Bets: 35bd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event or market that was subject to a technical error, incorrect pricing, or manifest error. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game type. These limits are displayed at the relevant game or market. Bets placed above the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum permissible stake.
7.5 Connectivity: 35bd accepts no responsibility for bets that are not registered due to internet connectivity failure on the Player's side. Players are advised to verify that bets appear in their bet history before assuming a wager has been accepted.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35bd platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

10.2 35bd will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

11.1 All content on the 35bd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface elements, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 35bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of 35bd intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
12.1 The 35bd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35bd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 35bd shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, regardless of the cause of action and whether or not 35bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 35bd's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 35bd accepts no liability for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, power outages, acts of government, or force majeure events.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 35bd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 35bd account at any time by contacting support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and any applicable withdrawal conditions.
13.2 Company-Initiated Closure: 35bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:
13.3 Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 24 months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per calendar month, deducted from the account balance. Where the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. 35bd will provide advance notice before applying inactivity fees.
13.4 Upon termination for cause (including breach of these Terms), 35bd reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as liquidated damages, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to the Company.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 35bd's international gaming licence is issued, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Complaints: If you have a complaint regarding the 35bd platform, you should first contact our support team via live chat or email. 35bd will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within 14 business days.
14.3 Escalation: If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 35bd's international gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available on request from 35bd support.
14.4 Any legal action against 35bd must be commenced within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims commenced after this limitation period are waived.
15.1 35bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 35bd will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the platform.
15.2 Your continued use of the 35bd platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
